Cuthbertson Cavaliers 

Girls Basketball:  Lady Cavaliers are now 12-1 overall, and 3-0 in the Southern Carolina Conference. 



Maddie Dillinger – The sophomore scored 12 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and had 2 steals in the win over Piedmont for the Lady Cavaliers.

Kayla Young – The senior contributed 9 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals in the contest.

Lillian Anderson – The junior center added 9 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 steal to control the boards for the Lady Cavaliers.

Marvin Ridge Mavericks

Basketball:  These statistics do not include the 80-40 Maverick win over Parkwood on Friday night.  The team is now 9-4 overall, and 4-0 in the Southern Carolina Conference. 

Garrett Bohannan – The senior shooting guard in 11 games is averaging 16.4 points per game.  He is rebounding at a 2.3 rate per game, 3.2 assists, and 1.7 steals this season.

Jeff McInnis – This senior guard is scoring 10.1 points per game for the Mavericks.  He is averaging 4.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.8 steals per game this season.

Girls Basketball: 

Noble Tsumas – The sophomore led the scoring for the Lady Mavericks with 14 points.  She grabbed 2 rebounds,  1 assist, and 2 steals in the win over Parkwood.

Ryley Keefe – The junior contributed 8 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 5 huge steals, and had 2 blocks in the victory.

Sun Valley Spartans –  The Spartans are 8-4 overall, and undefeated 4-0 in the Southern Carolina Conference. 

Basketball: 

Salen Streater – The junior led the Spartans in scoring with 20 points.  He also contributed 5 assists and 2 steals in the win over Monroe.

Trey Shepard – The senior contributed 16 points while adding 3 rebounds and 3 steals in the contest.

Shaleek Knotts – This freshman had a nice game scoring 15 points, 5 rebounds, 2 steals for the Spartans.

Weddington Warriors 

Basketball:  The Warriors are 8-6 overall, and 3-1 in their Conference. 

Chase Lowe –  The freshman standout continues to show his consistency leading the Warriors over Charlotte Catholic scoring 14 points with 11 rebounds for the double-double.

Wayne Dixie – The senior guard added 9 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal in the victory.  He also shot 67% from the floor in the basketball game.
