CHARLOTTE – Our room had lots of storage and a fresh dish of chocolate-covered fruits, a welcome letter, and a display of how they are conducting the extra clean of all surfaces. We ordered our favorite beverages to be stocked in the room. We spent a few minutes soaking in the glory of our private patio with soaking tub, leading gently to the Lazy River of the Central Area. Well-kept shrubbery shadowed the views of our pool from the walkway of the Central Area. Next, we were off to explore on our own. That evening we enjoyed dinner at CHI Restaurant. This was Gourmet Asian Cuisine at its best. The restaurant is known as Asian Fusion and has an excellent menu with lots of choices. Barbara hadWonton Soup and Pad Tai, with mango Pudding for dessert. I had Orange Roll, Won Ton Soup, OrangeDuck with Jasmine Rice, and Mango Pudding. We had arrived late in the afternoon, so we had eaten late and we were exhausted. After a short tour of all the restaurants, a rest period in a private cabana, then to our room for an early night. The hardest thing we have to do is choose from the restaurants. They are all outstanding and included and choosing which wine or mixed drink or beers we should drink is another hard task because of the large choice. Good Night All. Friday brings a beautiful day in Barbados. After a great breakfast on the Patio Of the American Tavern restaurant, We went on to our business meetings for the day. We had the opportunity to have lunch at the Parisienne restaurant. This evening was a great dinner at the pan Asian restaurant Kimonos. The experience at this restaurant was incomparable. This is a tableside grilling experience with a gourmet touch.
