WAXHAW, NC – These past few years as a regular contributor to Tri-W News’ Real Estate page have been rewarding, to say the least. I get so many questions and I’ve often tried to answer some of those here.
Lately, people are asking me two questions all the time – 1) What do I have to do to get my offer accepted on a house and 2) Where am I going to move if I sell my house?
The answers to both questions are too long and nuanced to answer here, but I’d welcome having this conversation with anyone.
GRATITUDE
We don’t give thanks enough, so in the spirit of gratitude, I’d like to do just that.
I am grateful to Rick and Jenifer Shaw and all of the fine people at Tri-W News for the opportunity to share a little bit of my real estate knowledge and experience. I hope it’s been helpful and entertaining.
I’d also like to thank the readers and everyone who ever reached out to tell me they enjoyed my column or for their own real estate needs. Real estate is a relationship-based business, and everyone I have met and gotten to know through this column has made it worthwhile.
CREATING & SERVING
I am committed to serving the Waxhaw community and look forward to creating more original content featuring local business owners and community leaders. As a storyteller myself, I truly love helping people share their stories.
I also appreciate the opportunity to serve the real estate needs of local residents through The CLT Life Home Team at Costello. Whether you are buying or selling a home in North or South Carolina, if you have a question about real estate, or if you’re considering a career helping people with their largest and most personal financial transaction, I am here to help.
