WAXHAW, NC – These past few years as a regular contributor to Tri-W News’ Real Estate page have been rewarding, to say the least.  I get so many questions and I’ve often tried to answer some of those here.

Lately, people are asking me two questions all the time – 1) What do I have to do to get my offer accepted on a house and 2) Where am I going to move if I sell my house?

The answers to both questions are too long and nuanced to answer here, but I’d welcome having this conversation with anyone.

We don’t give thanks enough, so in the spirit of gratitude, I’d like to do just that.

I am grateful to Rick and Jenifer Shaw and all of the fine people at Tri-W News for the opportunity to share a little bit of my real estate knowledge and experience. I hope it’s been helpful and entertaining.
