Myles Wallace – The senior running back scored the only touchdown for the Cavaliers in their recent loss. He has accumulated seven rushing TD’s on the season and leads the team in this category.

Tennis:
Ella and Sophie Imof – The dynamic sister doubles duo on Saturday won the NCHSAA 3A doubles State Championship with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Charlotte Catholic’s doubles team at the Burlington Tennis Center.
Parkwood Rebels
Football:
Brock Cain – The junior quarterback rushed for 74 yards and completed two touchdown passes in the Rebles big conference win over Piedmont. Cain connected with junior wide receiver Wyne McGriff for a 55 yard TD. Then he scored on a 3 yard run to seal the victory with 4:20 seconds remaining in the game.
Weddington Warriors
Football:
Max Brimigion – The senior wide receiver had 5 pass receptions for 130 yards for the Warriors. This is the second consecutive week where he has eclipsed the 100 yard mark for Weddington.
Whitner Litton – The senior quarterback completed 11-19 passes for 218 yards and three touchdowns for the Warriors. Litton’s longest connection was on a 54 yard pass reception to receiver Chazton Jordan.
Will Shipley – The running back rushed 17 times accumulating 126 yards on the ground for the Warriors. He also connected on a one yard TD pass to his brother James Shipley.
