Do you think the Chamber is all about events? That is part of what we do, but we do much more. In our Program Spotlight Series we highlight specific programs that support the work we do in service to our mission to champion business growth and prosperity in Union County. Our first featured program is Diversity and Inclusion.

The Diversity and Inclusion Committee’s mission is to bring awareness of diversity and inclusion by empowering our members and the community at large. Through the efforts of this committee we work to advance equal opportunity in Union County.

Using feedback from a survey gathered in 2020, our Diversity and Inclusion Committee is focused on increasing awareness of diversity among current members, increasing the number of minority-owned businesses in the chamber’s membership, and increasing the number of minority-owned business startups.
