Meet Wendy! She is a sweet and lovable kitty who has had some bad luck but is now ready to go home with you from Animals First Rescue of the Carolinas. She came to the shelter as a stray six months ago and was adopted out to a family who did not take care of her. They let her outside and she was hit by a car. Now, she is recovering from a broken jaw and a paralyzed front leg. Wendy had surgery to fix her jaw and even through it all, she has been purring and loving!  Animals First Rescue is getting her ready to be adopted and she will be ready in the next week. Wendy is five years old, spayed, up-to-date on shots and microchipped.  We are looking for a special home where she will be safe since she only has use of her three legs.  Bonus though, she won’t be able to get up on your kitchen counter tops!  For information on adopting Wendy, contact Animals First Rescue at 704-256-0014 or http://www.animalsfirstrescue.com.  Her adoption donation will be waived and she will come with supplies!
