Carolina Allergy Solutions is thrilled to be able to bring Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) to the community and surrounding area. Their goal is to be able to serve as many people as they can who are suffering from symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities. Helping people reach their optimal level of health through AAT is a breakthrough through using holistic and natural therapy. The goal of the therapy is beyond just being able to relieve the symptoms of allergies and sensitivities but to work directly with the relationship between the major organ systems and inappropriate reactions to harmless substances.
“We are so excited to bring Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) to the Charlotte area,” says Director of Carolina Allergy Solutions Kelly Jan. “I grew up in the Charlotte area and have been a life-long allergy sufferer. I had skin testing done as a child and again as an adult and was treated for indoor, outdoor, pet, and food allergies. I was the child who had to have dye-free soaps and detergents and couldn’t spend the night or go to the birthday party of a friend who had a cat.”
“I took allergy shots for years, coupled with over-the-counter and prescription medications all in an attempt to function,” continues Jan, “but I still had year-long symptoms of watering eyes, itchy skin, and hives. My children knew they were not allowed to open windows in our home or car, and we had tissue boxes in every room.”
“I was living in Northern Virginia when I was introduced to AAT by a friend,” says Jan. “It was life-changing! After the AAT treatments, I could enjoy time outdoors or pet a cat. I could even cut the grass. As soon as I experienced these amazing results for myself, I had to share them. We brought my mom up to VA to be treated for her food sensitivities. It was such a joy to see her leave a few days later enjoying the foods she had avoided for years. Our goal is to help those of any age who want to see tremendous results in a short amount of time with the symptoms related to their allergies and sensitivities. Getting calls and emails about a baby now being able to breastfeed or an adult who is able to ride in a convertible for the first time is the most rewarding thing I have ever experienced. We want to spread the word to all the families in the area that there is an alternative to the traditional methods of addressing the symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities. Jan has a passion for providing others with the relief that she was able to achieve. Living with allergies and sensitivities can be hard. Advanced Allergy Therapeutics works directly with the relationship between the major organ systems and inappropriate reactions to harmless substances. During treatment, gentle pressure is used on points that correspond with the organ systems involved in a reaction. The degree of stress on the organ systems caused by an allergen or offending agent is proportional to the degree of the negative reaction. While the stimulation is applied, a subtle representation of the offending substance is introduced to the surface of the skin. The stimulation reduces the stress on the affected organ system, allowing for a more appropriate response. AAT does NOT treat any life-threatening allergies or allergies requiring an epi-pen.
