Keep cool and carry on! At least that’s what Air Care Heating and Cooling has been saying all summer long! It’s been a busy season for the small but mighty company, who have steadily carved out a space for themselves, as being both reliable and trustworthy, to their ever-growing clients.
Established in 2009 by Waxhaw resident Ray McKeand, Air Care Heating and Cooling was inspired by a mission to get away from the bigger companies and the way they run their business – constantly trying to sell stuff to people that they don’t need. Instead, McKeand has always made his company’s focus on repairing rather than replacing troublesome air units. Consequently, it’s been no wonder they’ve developed a loyal following.
“I would say the satisfaction of our customers is hands down the best part of the job. When I feel like I’m ready to just throw my hands up, and stressed to get to everyone, the customer satisfaction is what really drives me,” explains McKeand. “We are extremely grateful for all of them!”
Air Care spends approximately 50 percent of their time on maintenance, and servicing the systems to extend the life of their units to at least their 10-12-year expected average. And with fall just around the corner, and subsequently, the start of their slow season, now is the time they push for those year-round service agreements to prevent units from needing to be replaced prematurely. With a price tag of $179/year, the agreement covers two biannual checks, a heavily discounted diagnostic charge, and a 20 percent discount for any necessary repairs. Additionally, there is a guaranteed 24-hour response time, and any money spent on maintenance is credited to install costs if new equipment is required. For our sweltering Carolina summers, there is arguably nothing more appreciated than that of a well-temperature-regulated home!
Air Care is currently offering a Buy Back Bonanza, in which they’ll buy old equipment at a $200/ton discount. In other words, if someone has a 2-ton unit, they’ll receive a $400 discount applied to the purchase of their new unit.
Air Care runs their business seven days a week, from 8am-10pm, giving their four, solid repairmen ample time to meet the demand of the Tri-W and parts beyond. Call their office at (704) 469-5833to schedule your maintenance plan today!
