WAXHAW, NC – The Town of Waxhaw is hosting a fun family-friendly holiday event in partnership with the Waxhaw Volunteer Fire Department on Dec. 10, 2022 from noon until 4 p.m. Touch-A-Truck with Santa will offer children and families the chance to explore the town’s various safety and construction vehicles up close and personal while spending time with Santa and our volunteer firefighters.
Children will get to touch, climb in, and ask questions about all of the vehicles to the staff at the event and learn in a safe environment.
Families and children will have the opportunity to take photos with Santa. Hot chocolate will also be available to keep everyone warm while waiting in line and enjoying their time at the event.
There will also be a sensory-friendly hour with no lights or sounds from noon until 1 p.m. to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
