Union County Chamber Announces Two New Members

WAXHAW, NC – The Union County Chamber is proud to announce two members of the Chamber’s Young Professionals program were recently recognized by Business North Carolina. Shane Fraser and David Casper, both Union County residents, are featured in the October edition highlighting NC Trailblazer, thriving professionals under the age of 40 who work in N.C. cities and towns that have fewer than 100,000 residents.

Shane, Owner of Social Networking Assistance (SNA Today), is thrilled to represent Union County with this recognition. As a small business owner, Shane was chosen for his professional success, commitment to small-town progress as well as his passion for civic service. He is actively involved with the Union County Chamber and the Community Shelter of Union County, serving as a board member for both organizations. As an extension of his passion for Social Media, Shane spends time as an adjunct professor, equipping the next generation with the tools and experience to succeed in the ever-changing world of marketing.



David Casper, Executive Director of Union Diversified Industries, is the second recipient recognized for his hard work in our community. In his position, David oversees the success of this growing nonprofit, providing behavioral health care and industrial jobs to adults with disabilities. David is committed to use his management skills to care for his staff, bring growth to the company, and fill a gap for our community. On top of his commitment to his work, David is an active member of the Union County Chamber, local Rotary Club, as well as the Boys & Girls Club organization.

These two outstanding community leaders are committed to integrity, success, and relational connection to make Union County a better place to live and do business.

The Union County Chamber celebrates this recognition of two Union County business leaders who are making a difference in our community.
