
The market is a non-profit organization established to provide a venue for local farmers and vendors to sell farm-fresh produce and specialty items to the Waxhaw area. As a grower-producer-only market, all of the produce will be fresh and in season!
The majority of the vendors accept cards. Volunteers are needed. If you are interested please email info@waxhawfarmersmarket.org for details. For sanitary and health reasons, pets are not allowed with an exception for service animals.
A variety of local vendors sell their products. Here is just a sampling:
Blue Goat Dairy: Offering a variety of chévres, which is spreadable goat cheese, as well as tango and samba, jars of a mixture of ingredients that you can serve as they are or incorporate into main dishes. Everything is made on-site, with the freshest of ingredients.
Boy & Girl Farm: Collards, kale, turnips, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, mixed radishes, pac choi, sweet potatoes, beets, kohlrabi, rutabaga, and brussel sprouts.
Circle B Ranch: Angus Cows are born and raised on their farm. They live and graze freely and are 100% grass-fed. The herd is never subjected to antibiotics, hormones or steroids. The fields are not treated with pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
Family of 4 Berries and more: Vanilla Extract With Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Elderberry Syrup (seasonal), Blueberry Jam, Blackberry Blueberry Jam, Blueberry Lime Jam, Blueberry Cinnamon Jam, Triple Berry Jam, Pineapple Peach Jam, Blackberry Preserves, Fig Preserves, Peach Preserves, Fiery Jalapeno Peach Preserves, Lemon Marmalade, Lemon Ginger Marmalade, Orange Marmalade, Grape Jelly, Apple Jelly, Pineapple Jelly, Coffee Jelly, Strawberry Preserves, Squash Relish, Cranberry Pepper Jelly (seasonal), Beet Relish, No Sugar Jalapeno Relish, Chow Chow Spicy, Chow Chow Christmas Jam (seasonal), Blackberry Syrup, Strawberry Syrup, Raspberry Syrup, Guinness Mustard, Hot Pepper Jelly, Apple Butter (seasonal).
Fox Trot Farm: Offering pasture-raised lamb, Granny Bee’s pure raw honey, and honey & beeswax soap.
McCord Farms: Eggs from their wonderful chickens.
Piney Oak Farm: Baby Napa cabbage, sunchokes , little gem, green and red leaf lettuce, Japanese red mustard greens, senposai, baby lettuce salad mix, organic fed chicken eggs, herbs.
