The best place in Waxhaw for a romantic date is Bistro D’Antonio. I’m from NY and this is the closest thing to little Italy that I have found down here. Service is impeccable and you feel like you are family!

Black Chicken is my favorite. They have amazing flatbread pizza. It’s a nice small spot. I also love Bonefish in Matthews.
