WAXHAW, N.C. (APRIL 23, 2020) – Waxhaw and Union County Bojangles’ fans: it’s BoTime, y’all! The beloved Southern chain’s famous chicken, biscuits, and Legendary Iced Tea® are heading to 2933 Providence Road South near Lowe’s and the Aldi on Monday, April 27.
To celebrate its grand opening, the new Bojangles’ will give away a gift card to the first customer of the day and swag bags to the first 25 guests. Doors open at 5 a.m., so set your alarms!
Due to COVID-19 health regulations, the dining room will not open, but customers can get their fix for the Southern food from the drive-thru or delivery through Postmates and Door Dash. Bojangles’ will also offer a free Legendary Iced Tea in any size to all healthcare workers, first responders and law enforcement personnel to show the chain’s appreciation for those on the front line of the coronavirus crisis. This deal will be available through National Iced Tea Day on June 10.
“We are so excited to welcome the wonderful community of Waxhaw to our restaurant,” said Zachery Caines, area manager for Bojangles’. “This is a difficult time for everyone, but we hope our store, our dedicated staff, and our made-from-scratch biscuits will bring a little joy to the town of Waxhaw. Together, we will get through this.
”The new Bojangles’ serves breakfast all day, every day, and continues to serve lunch and dinner until 10 p.m. daily. The restaurant opens at 5 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 a.m. on Sunday. A drive-thru offers quick service, and the dining room – upon opening – will provide a variety of seating options for groups of all sizes as well as a contemporary design, featuring a Biscuit Theatre and free WiFi.
