GROWERS: Blue Goat Dairy: makes a variety of chèvres, which is spreadable goat cheese, as well as tango and samba, jars of a mixture of ingredients that you can serve as they are or incorporate into main dishes. Everything is made on-site, with the freshest of ingredients. Blue goat dairy will be there with the regular offerings: Lots of wonderful chevre, jar medleys, nuts, and caramel! Yum!

Circle B Ranch: Angus Cows are born and raised on my farm. They live and graze freely and are 100% grass-fed. My herd is never subjected to antibiotics, hormones or steroids. My fields are not treated with pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
