The Florida State commit had another outstanding week.  Howell’s performance stands out above all the rest with tremendous numbers to back up his on the field accomplishments in the Sun Valley Spartans win over rival Porter Ridge 38-21 against a solid football team.

Howell is simply consistently the best quarterback and arguably the most talented high school athlete in Union County.  He has shined and has been dominate in both football and baseball.  He is highly rated, nationally ranked, and is currently heading to a major college football program.  In a rival game, where your opponent is trying to minimize your impact on the final outcome, Howell simply took over offensively and delivered big time for the undefeated Spartans who are now 4-0 on the season.

The senior record holder added to his achievements with a combined 540 total all-purpose yards for Sun Valley.  He threw for 440 yards and connected on three touchdown passes, while rushing for 100 yards and scoring another touchdown on the ground.  His leadership skills and understanding of game situations certainly benefits the Spartans in their quest for a championship season.
